NEVIS CYCLE & TRIATHLON CLUB

US based company Bio Sport/FLY has once again thrown their support behind the SKN Triathlon Federation and the sport of triathlon on Nevis, they will sponsor the upcoming mini triathlon series that begins on the 20th November and the main event in 2011.

Federation president Winston Crooke said "we are all very happy to recieve this much needed support and we appreciate the confidence they have in us"

The Nevis triathlon will become a long distance event in 2011 curtesy of their partnership with Star events of Monaco, now named the TriStar111 Nevis International Triathlon, this event will combine with the annual cross channel swim to attract athletes for a week of fun and activity on the island of Nevis.

Triathlon Mini series dates:-

Nov 20^th –  Race 1 (Triathlon)  S 250/ B 10km/ R 2km

Dec 18^th –  Race 2 (Duathlon)  R 1km/ B 10km/ R 2km 

Jan 15^th –  Race 3 (Triathlon) S 350/ B 15km/ R 3km 

Feb 5^th   –  Race 4 (Duathlon) R 2km/ B 15km/ R 3km 

Feb 26^th  – Race 5 (Triathlon) S 450/ B 20km/ R 4km 

Mar 19^th – Race 6 (Triathlon) S 650/ B 20km/ R 5km
