Commonwealth Games Baton Relay in Nevis
The Queens Baton Relay touched down in Nevis last saturday, as the torch makes its way around the world untill it reaches the site of the 2010 Commonwealth Games, Delhi India.
Newly crowned Nevis Sportsmn of the year Reggie Douglas was given the honor of carrying the torch from Newcastle Pottery to the churci in St James, accompnied by James Weekes and 6 of the Junior members of the Nevis Cycle & Triathlon Club.
For the young riders it was their first experience of such a parade, both Reggie and James had been involved before back in 2006.
