NEVIS CYCLE & TRIATHLON CLUB

The Nevis to St Kitts Cross Channel Swim was sponsored this year by the Oceans Edge development company; Regional Sales Director Damian Hamp-Adams not only organized Oceans Edge’s involvement, but did the swim as well, placing a very credible 12th overall.

In partnership with the Nevis Cycle & Triathlon Club, Oceans Edge was on hand today to make a donation from the event proceeds to Leah Parris, founder of the Pink Lily Cancer Foundation.

Representatives Winston Crooke and Damian Hamp-Adams are pictured handing over a check for EC One Thousand to Leah Parris.

Winston Crooke said “This was the first year Oceans Edge had sponsored the event, but it is hoped that the relationship will continue to grow, and we at TNCTC are very happy to have been able to contribute to such a worthy cause as Pink Lily”

The Nevis Cycle & Triathlon Club continues to encourage involvement in swimming as a sport and has recently received a donation of a Pace clock and 6 kick boards courtesy of Bob Muroff, for anyone interested in improving or learning to swim contact TNCTC on 469 9682.
