Janine Herweijer of the 'De Denker' triathlon club in the Netherlands, who also serves as the swim coach and honorary team member of the TNCTC, recently fullfilled a long sought after ambition to qualify for the 70.3 (half-ironman) World Championships. Janine set a nice PB of 5:07.36 in the Antwerp Ironman 70.3 in August. This time also resulted in the top position for females 40-44 age group . So Janine wins a slot for the Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3 in Clearwater, Florida on 8 November 2008
