NEVIS CYCLE & TRIATHLON CLUB

Visiting swim coach and competitor Janine Herweijer is providing the triathletes of St Kitts/Nevis with some much needed assistance with the swim portion of their training. Here on Nevis for 8 weeks, Janine will also be racing in this years flagship event, the Carino Nevis Olympic Triathlon, and is enjoying the opportunity to get a jump start on her Dutch peers as she basks in the Caribbean sunshine, "I shall be good and ready for the start of the Dutch season". When questioned as to how the athletes in here charge were progressing, Janine was very positive "I am already seeing improvement in style and stamina" which is is not such good news for the athletes who will be coming to Nevis to race against them. The newcomers to the sport are also taking advantage of Janine's Prescence here on Nevis, booking time with her as often as they can to improve on their current skills, and already excited to find themselves improving after just a couple of weeks.
