OUR MISSION:
Our objective is to create events of high quality and of good commercial value. In this effort EVENT SKN will primarily focus on sports-centric events and simultaneously entertain viable opportunities outside of sports. Ultimately our aim is to become the premier event production, and management company in the Federation.
OUR VISION:
EVENT SKN will become the premier event production company by:
Creating and producing original events to recognize and highlight performances and activities in sports.
Developing strong, profitable and lasting relationships with the media across the Caribbean.
Becoming a major player in tourism related events and activities.
Building solid relationships with people, organizations and businesses that can be considered allied services providers in the event production industry.
Building on each success, marking each successive event more impressive and successful that the previous.
Aggressively marketing the services of the firm.
Developing and abiding to clear values and standards for EVENT SKN.
Seeking to develop employees at the executive level in areas of deficiency related to areas of responsibility.
Hiring professionals as necessary.
Produce, develop, market and manage at least three (3) core annual events.
Seek out established high potential events and solicit the opportunity utilize our management services to run the events.
Have clear segmentation of our services into Event Management, Operations, and Sales & Marketing.
Add services to fulfill the need of the event management industry as it develops.
Develop/educate ourselves in specific areas as necessary whether formally or informally.
